Get to know Ukulele Jake’s newest adjunct professor!

A lifelong musician, Steve fell in love with the ukulele for it’s agile simplicity and it’s ability to fit right in with any genre. You're just as likely to find him playing a song by Taylor Swift as you are to find him playing The Who or improvising in a jazz combo. Above all, Steve loves to share his enjoyment in the way of teaching. When he's not playing the uke, he might be teaching and learning the martial arts or looking for rare birds in Central Park!

Steve’s encyclopedic knowledge of the instrument compliments his unmatched dedication to his students. This organized, comprehensive pedagogy has accelerated not just his career but the careers of his students. He proudly serves in his adjunct role currently, but we suspect there holds a Ukulele PhD is in Mr. Steve’s future!
